My name is Ingrid, and I live in Surrey. I started making chocolate in the spring of 2023 when my mum showed me how during a visit to see her back in Slovakia. I quickly fell in love with the process and wanted to learn more, so I took several online courses, as well as an in-person workshop.
I learned so much about working with chocolate—how to temper cocoa butter, create fillings, and craft hand-painted bonbons that catch the eye and melt in your mouth. I love the freedom that comes with making bonbons; I can bring almost any design to life and customise each piece to suit the customer’s needs and preferences.
Although chocolate-making is still a hobby for me (I work full-time), I truly enjoy creating bonbons for others. I believe everyone should have the chance to taste my “made-with-love wonky bonbons.” All of my products are made using 100% sustainable chocolate.
